RARE Western Electric 1A Hearing Aid with Microphone, Amplifier and Earpiece Vintage

Here is a RARE hearing aid made by Western Electric called the model A1. It is complete with the carbon microphone, volume amplifier control, connector for a battery and an earpiece (minus the fitted inner earpiece). The case of the amplifier is cracked and has not been tested. The rest of the kit is in great condition in its original box.
